Oxygen One, Inc. - Your ACHC Accredited Provider
By exhibiting compliance with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care’s national standards for quality and safety, Oxygen One, Inc. has earned ACHC’s Gold Seal.
Accreditation is a comprehensive review process performed by a third party that evaluates our organizational structure, policies and procedures, as well as compliance with state and federal laws. We undergo a full survey every three years, but are monitoring many factors on a daily basis. The process ensures that we focus on measurable standards of care, such as:
- infection control
- patient record accuracy
- oxygen instruction verification
- PAP patient compliance
- Patient safety and incidents
Accreditation is an important means of improving clinical practice and organizational performance. Being accredited means that we have a system to measure, assess and improve performance.
We sought accreditation for our organization because we wanted to demonstrate our commitment to patient safety and quality care. Our accreditation reflects our dedication to meeting the highest level of performance and patient care.
