Meet our Managers!

I love working at Oxygen One because our unique family-like culture keeps us focused on our mission to serve our patients, referral sources, and each other. I am responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. I oversee our management staff and employees to ensure we are operating in a manner consistent with our company Playbook. I also spend a considerable amount of my time on business development activities and industry advocacy efforts. I currently serve as Vice President of the Midwest Association of Medical Equipment Services (MAMES) and also on the State Leaders Council for the American Association for Homecare. I am the proud single father of 3 amazing girls and we love to travel as much as possible, primarily to visit family. I am an avid runner and when time permits I love to compete in marathons and other running events.

Oxygen One Is not my job - it is my family. As someone once said, “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” Oxygen One has made this my reality. The people I work with and the customers I serve make each day worthwhile. My primary focus is business management and billing. When I am not working, I love to read and to spend time outdoors, whenever the sun is shining. I also love to spoil my doggies with their favorite toys and treats.

I enjoy being able to help people.  I am here to serve and with the diversity of our patient population I am able to help every age group from infants to geriatric. I help oversee the operations of our Intake department where we process all new referrals/patients. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to the family cabin in Northern Wisconsin during the summer, camping, watching movies, and exploring new places and actives in our area.
Working in a small company like Oxygen One, you get the sense of a family atmosphere from your co-workers and patient’s. To be able to help others and get to know them on a more personally level, is a rewarding aspect of this job. My biggest responsibility is to ensure that our patients are being taken care of. I like all sports, especially baseball and the Milwaukee Brewers.  I look forward to my coffee each morning.  When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  Whether it’s going to the park, playing golf, softball or any other activity.

For me Oxygen One has been a place where not only I have been able to grow, but a place that I can foster growth in others.  I oversee a few different areas of the company’s operations that are directly related to the care of our patients, the equipment they receive and our delivery services. I have also had the privilege to lead our Planning Committee.  This team in large part, has helped to foster the company culture that we have today. On a personal note, although I love coming to work, I love taking vacations as often as I can andspending time with friends and family.
I like the opportunity to be a steward in whatever capacity I can in serving our patients and referral sources. My responsibilities include maintaining relationships with many key decision makers throughout these accounts that refer and growing accounts that currently don’t refer. My position also includes educating and training on the steps involved in ordering oxygen or CPAP/Bipap. I enjoy snowmobiling, playing volleyball, waterskiing, spending time with my family and friends and going up north!
